Then Taneja points out what she does when an IP will come to her and suggests that he/she is stressed out. “So, if an IP is coming and telling me that, you know, this is a pretty stress filled task, I don’t, I you should not know how extensive can I do this? To start with, the first action is ‘Okay, let’s just take a deep breath. Let’s try to come across out what’s resulting in the pressure.’ So definitely encouraging them converse with their inner thoughts aligned their emotions. So what’s top to the anxiety?
